So Many Beers..

Since I last updated this. I have grown beyond simple extracts into partial mash/extracts. My recent beers include a coffee porter (half of which I flavored with vanilla), chocolate maple porter (my first 'all grain') one gallon small batch, and I have an all extract 'American Light' that, if successful, I might turn into my 'go to' homebrew.

Pumpkin Octoberfest

We took pumpkin and spices making my ' mediocre' Octoberfest a bit spicier.

The new Agava Blonde Ale is pretty good, the pale ale is a bit dry.
